Symsonia Elementary School second-graders enjoy trip to Graves County High School equine facility for fun learning

Symsonia Elementary School second-graders, from left, Britne Ring, Jenna Bell, and Lilly Payne smile, pose, and pet the horses that pull the wagon at “Cowboy Days.” Graves County High School agriculture teacher Richard Horn and his FFA students host the elementary second-graders from all seven Graves County elementary schools each fall at the Graves High equine facility, located near the school district’s central office on Ky. Highway 121. Besides having fun, the younger students learn about agriculture from the older students and create memories that, for some, might turn into studying agriculture education one day.
