“Proceeds from this fundraiser will go to the WHAS Crusade for Children fundraising organization based in Louisville,” said Graves County Schools special education director Selise Ridolfi. “In fact, 100 percent of funds raised will go to students with special needs throughout Kentucky and Indiana.”
Ridolfi added, “We, in the Graves County Schools, have applied for a grant from this project; however, regardless, of whether our application is accepted, this is a wonderful cause for children! We want to thank River Valley AgCredit for working with us as our community partner to raise the funds to donate to the WHAS Crusade for Children. We’re very appreciative of River Valley (chief executive officer) Kyle Yancey and Shea Weaks (marketing specialist) for their willingness to work with us for this great cause!”
“We’re very honored and happy to help,” Yancey said. “Helping children is always a good cause.”
